Diabetes is a serious disease, and it affects many older adults. The good news is that you can take steps to delay or prevent type 2 diabetes, which is the most common form of the disease to develop in older adults. If you already have diabetes, there are steps you can take to manage the condition and prevent diabetes-related health problems.
We are excited to be able to invite you back to our community for a tour. We are following local and state guidelines in order to conduct visits while keeping our staff, residents, and visitors safe. We can provide tours for up to two people at a time and require the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, also known as PPE, to be worn the entire time.
All visitors will be screened by a short questionnaire as well as a temperature check. Tours will continue upon the successful completion of the screening. During the tour, you will be shown around our community and accompanied by a member of our staff throughout your visit.
If you aren’t able to visit us in person, please reach out to us for virtual tour options.
Give us a call at (941) 955-7575 today to schedule your tour, or to learn more about the Assisted Living, or Memory Care offered at Heron House.
